Apple plans to introduce its first touchscreen MacBook and a new iPad mini in late October, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the plans. The launch is scheduled on or around October 27. Apple is also expected to unveil versions of the 14 inch MacBook Pro and iMac equipped with M6 chips. The event will include an online video presentation and an in person component for the press. It will focus on creative professionals working in video production, photo editing and music production, according to the report.
