Base achieves $1B in DEX volume for B20 tokens

Base’s new token standard just crossed a milestone that took some entire blockchains years to reach. B20 tokens, the native token format introduced during Base’s Beryl upgrade, have now surpassed $1 billion in cumulative decentralized exchange trading volume, according to Dune Analytics data. The exact figure sits at approximately $1.051 billion, achieved in roughly two months since the standard’s launch on June 25, 2026.
