BNB Standard Corporation rebrands from CEA Industries after community vote

CEA Industries is no more. The Nasdaq-listed company has officially rebranded to BNB Standard Corporation after putting its corporate identity up to a public vote on X. The name change takes effect September 29, 2026, with the company’s ticker symbol remaining BNC on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Of the 5,799 advisory votes cast, “BNB Standard” pulled roughly 47% of the total, enough to win what was apparently a multi-option poll for the company’s future identity. From controlled environment agriculture to crypto treasury CEA Industries pivoted hard into the BNB ecosystem after executing a $500 million private placement in 2025, a move designed to build what it now calls the world’s largest corporate BNB treasury. That treasury reportedly exceeds 515,000 BNB.
