BNK Investment & Securities expands tokenized securities push with EverTreasure

BNK Investment & Securities has signed a strategic agreement with cultural-finance fintech EverTreasure to develop fractional investment and tokenized securities products tied to films, performances, musicals and artworks. Summary BNK Investment & Securities and EverTreasure will jointly develop fractional investment and tokenized securities products tied to films, performances, musicals and artworks. BNK will handle securities issuance arrangements, distribution, investor recruitment and regulatory advice, while EverTreasure will source assets and provide blockchain and platform infrastructure. The companies plan to cooperate on asset due diligence, product structures, platform listings and marketing to institutional investors and high net worth clients. EverTreasure will use experience from its YEATU fractional investment platform to source cultural intellectual property and other assets for potential investment products.
