Chelsea Football Club is looking to offload more than £300 million worth of players before the transfer deadline, a staggering number that would make it back-to-back windows of record-breaking outgoing business. For crypto investors, the interesting wrinkle here isn’t the players. It’s the club’s principal sponsor, crypto exchange BingX, sitting courtside to one of football’s most aggressive financial engineering projects. The London club has already banked roughly £120 million from player transactions as of mid-July 2026. That means they need nearly £180 million more in sales to hit their target, which sounds ambitious until you remember Chelsea pulled off the same trick last year.
