Coinbase rolls out customizable chart features to level up its trading experience

Coinbase Advanced now offers fully customizable charts with options for line or candlestick views, an adjustable Y-axis, and asset type filters, bringing its charting toolkit closer to what you’d expect from a dedicated trading terminal. What the update actually includes The customizable charts let users toggle between candlestick and line views. Users can also select timeframes and apply technical indicators to their price charts, then save those preferences on a per-market basis. Saving chart settings per market means a trader watching Bitcoin on a 4-hour candlestick chart with RSI overlaid doesn’t have to rebuild that setup every time they switch to checking Ethereum on a different timeframe. The charting capabilities are powered by TradingView integration, which gives users access to more than 100 indicators and custom drawing tools. Beyond the charting updates, a modular interface update introduced a customizable dashboard with over 20 widgets. Users can deploy pre-built templates or build entirely bespoke layouts from scratch.
