Creatio, the Boston-based company behind an AI-native CRM and workflow automation platform, is pouring $300 million into scaling its Bank.AI product between 2026 and 2028. The entire investment is internally funded, meaning no outside capital raise, no dilution, no strings attached from venture investors looking over the company’s shoulder. What Bank.AI actually does Creatio’s Bank.AI platform ships with pre-built autonomous agents organized across three domains: Growth, Service, and Operations. Growth agents handle things like customer acquisition and cross-selling. Service agents manage client interactions and issue resolution. Operations agents target back-office workflows that banks have historically staffed with large teams doing repetitive work. The company launched the bank.ai industry hub on September 17, positioning it as a centralized resource for financial institutions exploring AI adoption. A digital session is scheduled for September 24, with an in-person Bank.AI Summit planned for October 27 in Chicago.
