EliseAI secures $350M funding, reaching $4B valuation

EliseAI has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, nearly doubling the $2.2 billion price tag it carried just over a year ago. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners, both repeat backers, alongside new investor Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital also participated. What EliseAI actually does Founded in 2017 by CEO Minna Song and CTO Tony Stoyanov, EliseAI builds artificial intelligence that handles administrative work behind multifamily housing and healthcare operations. Think tenant communications, lease management, scheduling, and patient intake. More recently, EliseAI has been pushing into healthcare, applying the same automation logic to patient scheduling and administrative workflows. The company launched its Apollo cross-platform AI tool in September, alongside an integration with smart-access provider DOOR. That partnership lets property managers offer self-guided tours and maintenance coordination through AI.
