For ten straight trading days, investors kept hitting the buy button on Ethereum ETFs. The streak, which ran from August 17 through August 27, pulled in a cumulative $1.42 billion in net inflows, marking one of the more sustained institutional endorsements Ethereum has received since spot ETFs launched in July 2024. Bitcoin, meanwhile, had its own good run going. Then it didn’t. A net outflow of roughly $202 million on August 28 ended a nine-day inflow streak for Bitcoin funds. The firm’s ETHA product accounted for $1.02 billion of the total inflows during the ten-day window, roughly 72% of everything that came in. The streak’s strongest single day was August 27, when Ethereum ETFs logged $225.8 million in net inflows. That figure was the highest recorded since October 28, 2025. On that same Thursday, Bitcoin ETFs pulled in $242.3 million. The divergence came the next day, when Bitcoin flipped to outflows while Ethereum’s streak was still technically intact.
