Fairshake PAC backs 32 House incumbents who voted for the CLARITY Act

The crypto industry’s biggest political spender has picked its team for the midterms. Fairshake announced on October 5, 2026, that it will financially support 32 incumbent members of the US House of Representatives. The selection criteria were simple. Every candidate on the list voted for the CLARITY Act, the digital asset market structure bill that cleared the House in 2025 and has been stuck in the Senate ever since. Who made the list, and how much is on the table The 32 endorsed lawmakers split along party lines more evenly than you might expect from a single-issue industry group. Nineteen are Republicans and 13 are Democrats. The money is not spread evenly. Fairshake is committing at least $1 million each to six of the candidates, which adds up to a minimum of $6 million in spending on that group alone. Fairshake had approximately $120 million in cash on hand before its September spending announcements. Several of the recipients hold influential seats on the House Financial Services Committee.
