Kevin Warsh has followed through on one of his biggest confirmation-hearing promises. The newly installed Federal Reserve Chair has sold more than $100 million in financial holdings, with a U.S. Office of Government Ethics certificate dated May 16, 2026 serving as the paper trail. What he sold, and what he didn’t The divested assets were concentrated in two vehicles: interests in the Juggernaut Funds and roughly two dozen stakes held through an entity called THSDFS LLC. Some individual positions were worth up to $5 million each. At his April 2026 Senate confirmation hearing, Warsh pledged to shed “virtually all” financial assets before taking the helm of the central bank. The OGE certificate suggests he largely kept that promise. Two positions did not make the May cut. Both are valued between $250,000 and $500,000, and as of early August 2026 neither has appeared in an updated divestiture record.
