Invesco partners with Anthropic to bring advisor tools into Claude

Financial advisors already have a lot of tabs open. Invesco would like them to close a few and open Claude instead. On October 27, 2026, Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ) announced a partnership with Anthropic to bring its portfolio intelligence and practice management tools into Claude. The integration is aimed squarely at financial advisors, the people who sit between asset managers and the end investor. What Invesco is actually plugging in The integration runs through a dedicated connector called ‘Invesco for Advisors.’ Through the connector, advisors can access model portfolio data, optimization resources, and Invesco’s proprietary practice management research. All of it is available directly inside the Claude interface. The connector exposes specific tools with names like get_model_positions, get_models, and get_referral_script. Those labels are refreshingly literal. The first two appear built to surface Invesco’s model portfolios and the holdings inside them.
