LiquidAcre selects Uphold to power tokenized real estate infrastructure

LiquidAcre, a Texas fintech founded in 2021, has tapped Uphold to run a large share of the plumbing behind its tokenized real estate platform. The partnership, announced on October 8, 2026, covers trading, custody, KYC, and other services that LiquidAcre needs to turn property into something you can hold in a digital wallet. What Uphold is actually providing Uphold will supply LiquidAcre through its enterprise Platform-as-a-Service offering. That package bundles compliance tooling, trading, custody, settlement, and KYC/AML frameworks. The first visible product of the deal is the LiquidAcre Wallet. It is designed to give users access to digital assets, along with on-ramping and off-ramping, which means moving money between traditional bank accounts and digital assets in either direction. The bigger ambition is a future marketplace for tokenized real-world assets, often shortened to RWAs. No launch date for that marketplace has been scheduled. Both companies stressed compliance in the announcement.
