Nvidia now brings in approximately $7 million in revenue for every person on its payroll. Three years ago, that number sat at about $1 million. Breaking down the per-employee math More detailed figures put the number at roughly $7.2 million per employee as of mid-to-late 2026. That comes from trailing twelve-month revenue of around $303 billion, divided across a workforce of about 42,000. Three years earlier, TTM revenue per employee landed somewhere between $1 million and $1.3 million. Measured against that range, the increase works out to roughly 5.8 times. Profit per employee now stands at approximately $4.6 million, an increase of 11.6 times over the same three-year stretch. That means profit per worker grew about twice as fast as revenue per worker. The quarters keep getting bigger In fiscal Q2 2027, Nvidia reported revenue of $96.2 billion, up 105.85% year-over-year.
