OpenAI says its latest AI system solved a 90-year-old math problem in 88 hours, reigniting fears over runaway intelligence.On Sept. 8, the company said that an internal model significantly more capable than its recently released GPT-6 Astra coordinated roughly 10,000 AI agents to solve the Navier-Stokes existence and smoothness problem.
