Robinhood Chain DEX volume reaches $3.7B, sets all-time high

Robinhood Chain just posted $3.7 billion in 24-hour decentralized exchange volume, a new all-time high for the network that didn’t exist before July. The milestone caps a relentless growth curve for Robinhood’s Ethereum Layer-2 network, which launched its mainnet on July 1, 2026, and has since climbed into the top five networks globally by DEX volume. From memecoins to billions Robinhood Chain is built on Arbitrum’s Orbit stack, essentially an L2 that inherits Ethereum’s security while running transactions at a fraction of the cost. The public testnet went live in February 2026, and the mainnet followed five months later. Daily DEX volume hit roughly $560 to $570 million by July 8 and 9, driven largely by memecoin trading. By July 11, the network set its first notable all-time high at approximately $878 million. Late August brought another gear shift. Daily volumes climbed to between $920 and $944 million, with $875 million recorded on August 30 alongside 5.52 million total transactions in a single day.
