Robinhood reports July 2026 metrics as customer base grows to 28.5M

Robinhood’s customer growth story keeps adding chapters. The company’s July 2026 monthly operating metrics, released around August 12, show funded customers reaching 28.5 million, continuing a steady climb from 27.4 million in February 2026 and 27.7 million by May 2026. That’s roughly 1.1 million new funded customers added in five months. The numbers behind the growth Total platform assets grew from $314B in February to $377B by May 2026, a $63B increase over three months. Equity trading volumes hit $315B in May alone, reflecting strong year-over-year growth in retail trading activity. Net deposits held steady at $5.6B for both February and May.
