Securitize’s Chongwu Du says tokenized finance will run on a few blockchains, not one

The debate over which blockchain will “win” tokenized finance may be asking the wrong question. According to Securitize Chief Strategy Officer Chongwu Du, there won’t be a single winner at all. Speaking at the LONGITUDE Singapore event on October 8, 2026, Du said tokenized finance will concentrate on a handful of blockchains rather than one dominant network. A multichain bet, backed by real assets The firm lets assets be issued and settled across several networks while staying inside regulatory guardrails. The company supports compliant issuance across at least 18 blockchains. Its footprint includes Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, Sui, and TRON. Securitize managed approximately $5 billion in tokenized assets as of September 2026. Its partner list reads like a who’s who of asset management. The firm has worked with BlackRock, KKR, and Neuberger Berman. A busy two weeks On September 30, 2026, Securitize announced an integration with ADI Chain, a network based in the UAE.
