The Spark Liquidity Layer now has more than $3 billion in assets deployed across a range of platforms. Every one of those dollars moves within rate limits set by governance and enforced by smart contracts. That figure, as of October 16, 2026, makes the SLL the largest on-chain capital allocator tracked by DefiLlama. For a system that launched less than two years ago, it is a quick climb. Where the money goes The SLL is an automated, non-custodial capital allocator inside the Sky ecosystem. Governance sets rate limits, and smart contracts enforce them. No single actor can suddenly shove billions into a risky venue, because the code caps how quickly capital can flow. The current deployment spans several destinations. These include SparkLend, Morpho vaults, Uniswap pools, and tri-party loans with Anchorage. SparkLend is the biggest single recipient. It holds roughly 42% of the SLL’s recent asset allocation. The research also points to integrations with Aave and Curve. On the infrastructure side, the SLL runs across multiple networks, including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and Optimism, among others.
