Strategy repurchases $139 million in STRC shares, makes no Bitcoin moves

Strategy made no changes to its bitcoin holdings between September 8 and September 13 and did not sell shares through its at-the-market offering during the period. As of September 13, the company held about 845,050 bitcoin, purchased for $63.73 billion in total at an average cost of approximately $75,412 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses. The company used $139.3 million to repurchase 1,420,467 shares of its STRC preferred stock. No shares of STRF, STRK, STRD or MSTR were repurchased during the period. Strategy said $1.05 billion in aggregate purchase price remains available under its digital credit securities repurchase program for preferred stock, while $1 billion remains available under its MSTR Stock repurchase program. The STRC purchases were funded from Strategy’s USD Cash, which stood at $1.30 billion as of September 13, down after the $139.3 million expenditure. The company’s USD Reserve remained at $5.10 billion and is intended to support preferred-stock dividends and interest on outstanding debt, while USD Cash is available for bitcoin purchases and other broader capital uses.
