Strive, Inc. just hit a round number that corporate Bitcoin bulls tend to celebrate. The Nasdaq-listed treasury company, trading under the ticker ASST, has crossed 20,000 BTC in total holdings after purchasing an additional 79 Bitcoin, cementing its place among the most aggressive institutional accumulators in the market. From zero to 20,000 BTC in under a year Strive did not exist as a Bitcoin treasury company before September 2025. The firm took its current form through a merger with Asset Entities, entering the market initially with just 69 BTC acquired via a Section 351 exchange. What followed was a deliberate, accelerating accumulation campaign. In early June 2026, the company executed a single purchase of 2,500 BTC, one of its largest single transactions on record. By July 17, 2026, Strive’s holdings had climbed to 19,921 BTC, valued at approximately $1.3 billion.
