Strive, the asset management firm trading on NASDAQ under the ticker ASST, dropped $50 million on 429 Bitcoin in a single day, its largest daily purchase in what’s shaping up to be a record accumulation week. The buy contributed to a weekly haul of 1,084 BTC, cementing Strive’s position as one of the more aggressive corporate Bitcoin accumulators on public markets. The capital came through SATA, Strive’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, which has become the company’s primary engine for converting investor appetite into Bitcoin on its balance sheet. Investors buy preferred shares, Strive takes the proceeds, and those dollars become Bitcoin. No common stock dilution required. The mechanics behind the buying spree Strive authorized a $500 million at-the-market (ATM) program for SATA in December 2025, designed explicitly to fund Bitcoin acquisitions.
