Unlike Strategy, Strive has made a rather sizeable purchase. In times when the cryptocurrency market is finally picking up the slack, the Bitcoin treasury company and asset manager Strive has returned with another purchase. As announced by the firm’s CEO, Matt Cole, Strive has acquired an additional 1,110 BTC for $81.5 million at an average price of $73,409 per unit. These purchases were completed in tranches. It bought 147 BTC between August 3 and 7 at an average price of just over $64,800. Then bought another 79 BTC a week later at an average price of $63,231. The rest were accumulated in the past few weeks as BTC’s price appreciated to almost $80,000 last Friday.
