Texas Capital ETFs move to Texas Stock Exchange as fifth listing in a week

Texas Capital Bancshares is moving its primary listing to the Texas Stock Exchange from Nasdaq, becoming the fifth company in a single week to migrate to the fledgling marketplace. The Dallas-based bank, which holds approximately $33.9 billion in assets, is doubling down on its home-state identity in a move that says as much about TXSE’s momentum as it does about the company itself. How TXSE got here The Texas Stock Exchange launched full trading operations in July 2026 after receiving SEC approval. It was built with roughly $270 million in investment capital, backed by names that carry serious weight: BlackRock and J.P. Morgan among them. Texas Capital had already been laying the groundwork for this relationship. The firm is transferring two of its Texas-focused ETFs, the Texas Capital Texas Equity Index ETF (TXS) and the Texas Capital Texas Oil Index ETF (OILT), from NYSE Arca to TXSE. Those ETFs will stop trading on NYSE Arca on September 15, 2026, and begin their primary listings on TXSE the following day, pending regulatory approval.
