Anthropic hasn’t even started trading publicly yet, and Wall Street is already building the casino around it. Tradr ETFs filed a registration statement with the SEC on September 2 to launch two leveraged exchange-traded funds directly tied to the AI company’s common stock. The products, Tradr 2X Long Anthropic Daily ETF (ticker: ANTT) and Tradr 2X Short Anthropic Daily ETF (ticker: ANTZ), are designed to deliver +200% or -200% of Anthropic’s daily stock performance, respectively. Both are expected to list on Cboe. What the funds actually do Leveraged ETFs are not buy-and-hold instruments. They reset daily, meaning they aim to double (or inverse-double) the return of their underlying asset on any given trading day, not over weeks or months. For ANTT, if Anthropic’s stock rises 3% on a Tuesday, the fund targets a 6% gain that day. For ANTZ, that same 3% move would translate to roughly a 6% loss. Over longer periods, the math gets weird.
