Unagi puts Persona Journey and Ultimate Champions up for sale in court-ordered liquidation

Unagi, the French gaming and entertainment studio behind Persona Journey and Ultimate Champions, has entered court-ordered liquidation. The process took effect October 16, 2026. A court-appointed liquidator now runs a formal sale of the company’s assets, and bidders have until November 2, 2026 to submit offers. What’s on the auction block The inventory reads like a full studio’s life’s work, broken into lots. At the top sits the complete intellectual property of Persona Journey. That package covers the project’s artwork, manga, smart contracts, and creator rights. It also includes a treasury of 957 Persona NFTs. The UNA token contracts are part of the sale too. UNA is the ecosystem token that replaced Unagi’s earlier CHAMP token in January 2024. Then there is the gaming side. Ultimate Champions, the fantasy sports game, is up for sale alongside a white-label fantasy platform that other operators could rebrand as their own.
