Valor and Atreides co-lead $50 million bet on Flow Engineering’s hardware AI

Building a rocket is hard. Proving that the rocket will do what it’s supposed to do might be harder. Flow Engineering, a San Francisco hardware software company, has raised a $50 million Series B to attack that second problem. Valor Equity Partners and Atreides Management co-led the round, which gives the company a post-money valuation of $750 million. The round was announced on September 30, 2026. Who wrote the checks Valor and Atreides sit at the top of the cap table for this round. They weren’t alone. Sequoia Capital, which led Flow’s Series A, came back for another helping. Sequoia’s Roelof Botha also invested personally. The new names on the list include Thomas Wolf of Hugging Face, Nico Rosberg, and Jonas von Malottki. Some quick math on the terms.
