Washington probes Singapore freight firm over suspected Nvidia server shipments to China

The US government is investigating Singapore-based Apex Logistics over its alleged role in moving Nvidia-powered AI servers into China, routing them through a web of Asian transit points designed to dodge American export controls. If the case moves forward, it would represent the first time Washington has gone after a logistics company specifically for its part in the illegal semiconductor trade. 47 shipments, one tangled route The investigation centers on 47 shipments tied to Super Micro Computer hardware loaded with Nvidia AI chips.
