Wonderful closes $550M Series C at $5B valuation, doubling in six months

Wonderful, the enterprise AI startup founded just last year, has closed a $550 million Series C funding round that values the company at $5 billion. That’s a clean 2.5x jump from the $2 billion valuation it commanded during its Series B round in March 2026, roughly six months ago. Inside the round Insight Partners led the Series C, with Salesforce coming in as a new investor. Existing backers Index Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners also participated, bringing total funding raised since inception north of $800 million. The capital will go toward product development, scaling global deployment teams, and meeting what Wonderful describes as surging enterprise demand for its AI platform. The company expects its annual recurring revenue to surpass $100 million by the end of 2026, a milestone that would make its $5 billion valuation roughly 50x forward ARR.
