Blockworks releases batch five of B-1 filings for multiple tokens

Blockworks has dropped the fifth batch of B-1 filings under its Token Transparency Framework, pushing the total number of disclosures past 161. The initiative, which launched in June 2025, is quietly becoming one of crypto’s most ambitious attempts to bring structure to the chaos of token launches. Think of B-1 filings as the crypto equivalent of an S-1 prospectus, the document companies file before going public on a stock exchange. Except these are voluntary, industry-driven, and nobody’s going to jail if they skip one. What the Token Transparency Framework actually does The TTF is built around a simple premise: investors deserve to know what they’re buying. Each B-1 filing is a one-time disclosure document that standardizes information about a token’s economics, governance structure, allocation strategy, and risk profile. As of early September 2026, the framework includes 105 B-1 filings among its 161 total disclosures. The previous batch, batch four, brought filings for tokens including ASI, CHZ, COMP, AKE, HBAR, KAITO, MANTRA, RAIN, WLFI, and WLD.
