BNB Chain joins Mastercard’s Crypto Partner Program as payments giant deepens digital asset push

Mastercard’s Crypto Partner Program just got a little bigger. BNB Chain, the blockchain network closely associated with Binance, has officially joined the initiative, which now counts more than 100 partners working to wire digital assets into the global payments plumbing that Mastercard already dominates. What the Crypto Partner Program actually does Mastercard launched the Crypto Partner Program on March 11, 2026, starting with more than 85 partners. The roster reads like a who’s who of the digital asset industry: Binance, Circle, Ripple, PayPal, and Paxos all signed on from the jump. The program targets specific enterprise use cases, including cross-border remittances, B2B transfers, payouts, and settlement. Blockchain networks already in the program include Solana, Polygon, and Tron, all chosen for their transaction throughput and low fees. BNB Chain fits that mold.
