Centrifuge, the protocol built to tokenize and manage real-world assets onchain, has selected Chronicle Labs as its primary oracle provider. The integration centers on Chronicle’s Proof of Asset framework, which independently verifies portfolio composition, net asset value, and holdings-level data directly on the blockchain. Rather than relying on periodic manual audits or self-reported data, Chronicle provides continuous independent verification. Centrifuge’s CTO framed the integration as ensuring that tokenized assets are reliably backed by verifiable data. Chronicle’s CEO struck an even more ambitious tone, suggesting the partnership could help scale the tokenized asset market from billions to trillions of dollars.
