Coinbase Exchange enables full trading for GRASS-USD pair

GRASS, the native token of a decentralized network that pays people for their unused internet bandwidth, is now fully tradeable against the US dollar on both Coinbase Exchange and Coinbase Advanced. All order types, including market, limit, and stop orders, are live. The listing caps a five-day sprint from roadmap announcement to go-live. Coinbase added GRASS to its public listing roadmap on August 21, and spot trading opened on August 26 after the exchange’s standard phased rollout. How the launch unfolded GRASS went through three stages: an auction mode lasting at least ten minutes, then a limit-only phase where only limit orders were accepted, and finally full trading where all order types became available. At the time of launch, GRASS was trading in a range of roughly $0.30 to $0.37, with a market capitalization in the low-to-mid hundreds of millions of dollars. Users can now buy, sell, convert, send, receive, and store the token through Coinbase’s website and mobile app in eligible jurisdictions.
