The SEC has confirmed receipt of the company’s Form 1-N registration, effectively greenlighting its path to offer single-stock futures to American traders through a crypto-native platform. CEO Kris Marszalek announced the milestone on September 17, framing it as a step toward bringing single-stock perpetual contracts to the US market in coordination with both the SEC and the CFTC. How the filing works The entity behind the registration is the North American Derivatives Exchange, better known as Nadex, which operates under the Crypto.com Derivatives North America and OG.com brands. The Form 1-N is the notice registration that exchanges must file with the SEC to list security futures products.
