The crypto industry’s most powerful lobbying apparatus is about to go primetime. Cedar Innovation Foundation, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit tied to the Fairshake super PAC network, is preparing to blanket national cable television with ads designed to build public support for the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, also known as the CLARITY Act. The campaign represents a seven-figure ad buy across CNBC, CNN, Fox News, Newsmax, and MSNBC. It’s a calculated escalation in what has become one of the most expensive policy fights in crypto’s short history, with the Fairshake network sitting on a war chest north of $122 million heading into the 2026 election cycle.
