Roundtable secures $1B deal with Paradium.AI for media platform migration

Roundtable, the Nasdaq-listed AI and DeFi media platform, has locked in a 10-year agreement worth $1B with Paradium.AI to migrate the latter’s entire media portfolio onto its Enterprise Media Operating System. The deal, signed on September 17, covers brands including TheStreet, Parade, and Men’s Journal, collectively reaching roughly 100 million monthly consumers. Roundtable is investing $89 million for approximately 49% equity in Paradium, formerly known as The Arena Group, with closing targeted for Q4 2026. What the deal actually involves Roundtable’s MediaOS handles publishing, advertising, syndication, and community management through a single AI-driven platform. The migration will move roughly two dozen Paradium media brands off their existing infrastructure and onto this system.
