Strategy, the company formerly known as MicroStrategy, reported no Bitcoin purchases or sales over the past week, leaving its treasury at exactly 845,050 BTC. That stack represents roughly 4.024% of Bitcoin’s hard-capped 21 million supply. At current valuations, the position is worth approximately $66.3B against a total cost basis of around $63.73B. The pause after the comeback The idle week follows a notable stretch of activity. Strategy had purchased 4,603 BTC during the week of August 24-30, spending approximately $369.7 million at an average price of around $80,318 per coin. That purchase marked the end of a 10-week buying hiatus. Executive Chairman Michael Saylor signaled the return to accumulation on social media, declaring “We’re back.” During the summer of 2026, Strategy sold approximately 6,900 BTC, likely to fund preferred stock dividends and share repurchases.
