Strive raises funds to acquire 210 Bitcoin as treasury exceeds 21,000 BTC

Strive’s preferred stock offering, trading under the ticker SATA, raised enough capital this week to purchase 191 Bitcoin over just three days. The buying spree adds to what has become one of the most relentless corporate Bitcoin accumulation campaigns outside of MicroStrategy’s well-documented playbook. The company, listed on NASDAQ under the ticker ASST, has turned its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock into something of a Bitcoin-buying machine. When SATA trades at or above its $100 par value, Strive converts the raised capital directly into Bitcoin purchases. During two recent sessions where that threshold was met, the firm added approximately 440 BTC to its treasury. A treasury built at startup speed Strive’s Bitcoin holdings have grown from the low thousands in late 2025 to over 21,000 BTC by mid-to-late August 2026. During a five-day stretch from August 17 to 21, the company purchased 1,110 Bitcoin at an average price of $73,409 per coin. Total outlay for that window alone: roughly $81.5 million.
