The popular non-custodial wallet has integrated Tronify, an energy rental service, that automatically kicks in when users interact with TRON-based dApps or send TRC-20 tokens like USDT. The result: up to 40% savings on transaction costs compared to standard network fees, with the rental process happening behind the scenes in roughly 3-5 seconds. How TRON’s resource model creates the problem Tronify solves TRON doesn’t charge gas fees the way Ethereum does. Instead, it uses a resource system built around two currencies: Energy and Bandwidth.
