UK shares SCALP cruise missile blueprints with Ukraine as winter strike season looms

The United Kingdom has authorized defense contractor MBDA to hand over classified technical blueprints for the SCALP cruise missile to Ukraine, a move that would allow Kyiv to begin assembling and eventually producing the long-range weapon domestically.
