Yahoo Finance has pulled the plug on its data partnership with Polymarket, removing the dedicated prediction markets hub that had been live on the platform since early 2026. The collaboration, once touted as an exclusive deal bringing real-time betting odds into one of the internet’s most-visited financial portals, lasted about five to six months before both sides mutually agreed to walk away. The agreement formally concluded on September 18, 2026. Neither company disclosed a specific reason for ending the data integration. What the partnership actually looked like When the deal was first announced in November 2025, Polymarket was named Yahoo Finance’s exclusive prediction market partner. The arrangement embedded Polymarket’s real-time probability data for economic and market outcomes directly alongside Yahoo Finance’s news coverage and analysis tools. The dedicated hub went live around late January or early February 2026.
